Rental House Policies

  • NO SMOKING
  • A well-mannered dog is permitted for an additional $10 per night. Please notify us about your pet when making your reservation to discuss your pet's stay.
  • Check-in time: 3:00 pm.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 am.
  • Payment is by Check or Cash only please. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
  • An advance deposit of 50% is required with the balance due within 10 days prior to arrival.
  • Maximum 7 guests.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before scheduled arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit unless the house can be re-rented for all canceled days.
  • No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
